In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters), course dates may be adjusted or a full refund will be provided based on government announcements from the relevant authorities.- Canceling more than 7 days before the course (excluding holidays): 50% of the deposit will be refunded.;
- Canceling within 7 days of the course (excluding holidays): Deposit is non-refundable.
- If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least one day before the course starts. Your spot will be held, allowing you to complete the course within one month.
