Usage Instructions
- Boil Water: Bring about ten bowls of water to a boil (use a 1:10 ratio of powder to water, or 3 liters of water if using less than 500 grams of Taiwan Traditional Jelly).
- Heat Powder: Add the Taiwan Traditional Jelly to the boiling water, stirring until all the powder floats.
- Boil: Simmer on medium-low heat and start timing for 13 minutes.
- Steam: After boiling, turn off the heat, cover the pot, and let it sit for 20 minutes.
- Rinse and Flavor: Rinse the cooked powder with cold water, drain, and mix with an appropriate amount of sugar syrup. Stir well to enjoy delicious Taiwan Traditional Jelly.
- Adjust Texture: Adjust steaming time to achieve your preferred texture.
